Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us by email at help@lajapparel.com or by phone on 703-239-3241. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of order.  Be sure to include your order number and return/exchange details in your communication. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Face masks and custom orders are non-refundable.

Order Processing

Stock items ship out with 24-48 hours.  Made to order items can take 3-7 business days to ship.  Custom orders can take 4-9 business days to ship. Customers are notified by email or text message when their order has been shipped and when it is out for delivery.

Shipping

After orders are processed, they are shipped.  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  United States Postal Service (USPS) is the mail delivery service used by LAJ Apparel.  Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail or First Class mail package service.
